Upon registration, you will receive your own unique promotional code. When your code is used by customers, they save 5% on their first purchase and you earn 2% commission each time they make a purchase.

Once you have registered, you may begin using your promotional code and earning commission on sales. You will be able to use promotional fliers for distribution throughout the college. Once you start earning commission on your sales, you will be given additional promotional materials to help you spread the word.

When a customer uses your promotional code to purchase their textbooks, you will be able to view your commission earnings on your account page. All StudentBookTrades Campus Representative payments are issued on the 15th day of each month.

Promoting is easy and fun. Do what you normally do to meet new people or discuss hot topics.  Your goal is to make students aware of services StudentBookTrades provides (how much money they can save on their textbooks, price comparison, trade textbooks with other students, search for textbooks directly on campus and nationwide, degree audit). Create your own personal promotional strategy that work for you and your campus.

Jessica promotes to a college campus of 8,000 students during the first week of classes. Of those 8,000 students, 3% (240 students) end up buying books using her promotional code.

Every StudentBookTrades Campus Representative has the chance to win cash prizes. The top earning Campus Representatives will receive cash prizes on top of the commission that they earn. Prizes for the competition will be issued at the end of each quarter when the winner is chosen.

Each StudentBookTrades Campus Representative helps college students save money on textbooks. They let students across the nation know about the benefits of buying and selling their books at StudentBookTrades. Our goal is to make textbooks more affordable and help students find free textbooks when they trade with each other.
